Sparkling OrganiClean LLC is based in Ocala, FL, and provides services throughout Marion County with a few properties in Gainesville and The Villages as well. We’re seeking a reliable, dedicated individual who can travel within the county to various client properties. This is a part-time position with a flexible schedule based on appointment needs, so we’re happy to work with your availability. However, reliable transportation is a must, as you'll be required to drive yourself to and from various locations.
Typical appointment times are mid-morning through early evening, with peak season offering the potential for full-time hours if requested. The ideal candidate must be available to work daytime hours, including rotating weekends, to meet client demands.
Essential Responsibilities
Follow the company’s comprehensive cleaning checklist to ensure all tasks are completed to Sparkling OrganiClean LLC’s high standards.
Perform a wide range of cleaning duties, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, laundering, bathroom cleaning, surface disinfecting, and more.
Replenish supplies in kitchens, bathrooms, and laundry areas as needed.
Ensure trash and recyclables are disposed of in designated areas on each property.
Arrive at each scheduled property on time and perform cleaning duties efficiently.
Identify and report potential safety concerns for staff and clients to management in a timely manner.
Travel between various homes and businesses throughout Marion County.
Track and complete all scheduled cleaning tasks and maintenance requirements.
Operate cleaning equipment such as vacuums, washing machines, dryers, and dishwashers.
Keep supply rooms organized, monitor inventory, and report stock levels to management.
Notify management of any repairs needed, property issues, or other concerns.
Adhere to all health and safety regulations.
Ensure cleaning products and materials are safely accounted for and stored properly at the end of each shift.
Requirements
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
Valid Florida State Driver’s License.
Valid vehicle insurance.
Reliable transportation to drive to and from client properties.
1+ year of cleaning experience preferred, but not required; we offer training.
Ability to pass a background check.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to work thoroughly and independently without supervision.
Must be available for daytime shifts and rotating weekend work.
